1. How to add a phone number on a DOORKING intercom?
    Step 1, press * 0 1 keys, and enter the 4 digits master code, by default, it is 9999.
    Step 2, enter a 3 digits directory code that represent the resident and press * key. Please DO NOT use 1, 01 or 001.
    Step 3, enter the phone number begin with 1 and # keys. After you finish entering the phone number, press * key.

    Repeat step 2 and 3 for adding multiple phone number.
    After you finish adding the phone number, press 0 and # keys together to exit programming mode.

  

  

2. How to add phone number on DOORKING 1834 intercom system?
    Before we add a phone number, we need to create an area code pointer:
    First, press * 2 4 and enter master code.
    Then, enter 3-digits area code pointer.
    Next, enter 4-digits area code.
    *Repeat previous 2 steps for adding multiple area code pointers.*
    Last, press 0 and # to exit programming mode

    To add or edit a phone number:
    Step 1, Press * 4 1 and enter master code.
    Step 2, enter a directory code for the tenant.
    Step 3, enter the 3-digits area code pointer.
    Step 4, enter 7-digits phone number.
    *Repeat step 2 to 4 to add or edit more phone numbers.*
    After you finish press 0 # to exit programming mode

    To delete a phone number:
    Step 1, press * 01 enter 4 digits master code.
    Step 2, enter phone number's directory code.
    Step 3, press # 7 times, and * 1 time.
    *Repeat step 2 and 3 to delete more phone numbers.*
    Press 0# to exit programming mode.
  
  

3. How to add a phone number to a intercom system remotely?
    First, connect one end of the phone line to the wall and cut the other end of the phone line.
    Second, connect the red and green cables to the phone section of the intercom system.

    To remotely program the intercom system, dial the phone number that the intercom system is installed on.
    To add a phone number remotely, do the following,
    Step 1, press * 0 1 keys, and enter the 4 digits master code, by default, it is 9999.
    Step 2, enter a 3 digits directory code that represent the resident and press * key. Please DO NOT use 1, 01 or 00.
    Step 3, enter the phone number begin with 1 and # keys. After you finish entering the phone number, press * key.
   
    Repeat step 2 and 3 for adding multiple phone number.
    After you finish adding the phone number, press 0 and # keys together to exit programming mode.

  

4. How to add a phone number on a LINEAR intercom?
    Step 1: enter the programming mode. Press 0 and 2 at the same time. Enter default password, which is 123456; then press the # key.
    Step 2: enter 21. 21 is the code for adding a resident. Press # key.
    Step 3: enter a directory code for the resident, then press # key.
    Step 4: enter a name for the resident.
    Step 5: enter resident 's phone number, start with 1. After you finish, press # key.
  
    Repeat the steps for multiple residents.
    After you finish adding all the residents, press 99 and # key to exit programming mode.

  

5. How to add a tenant on a Trigon intercom system?

    Step 1: Press * key, and enter the programming code.
    Step 2: Press #, 0 and 3-digit-directory code.
    Step 3: Press *, 1 and the phone number.
    Step 4: Press # 3 times to exit programming mode.
